a. Personal Information
• Basic account details such as name, email address, and authentication credentials.

b. Aircraft and Operational Data
• Aircraft information, maintenance logs, and flight records created or uploaded by users.
• Photos of Hobbs or Tachometer readings used for automated logging. These are processed through AI systems and deleted after processing.
• Photos and documents uploaded and associated with an aircraft are considered part of the aircraft's record and retained as part of that aircraft's history.
• Expense photos or documents associated directly with a user account are deleted upon verified account deletion.

c. Location Data
• GPS data is collected to identify nearby airports, assist in auto-logging, and improve map and analytics features.
• This data is not sold or shared with external parties.

d. Analytics and Telemetry

We collect anonymized usage and diagnostic information to monitor performance and improve functionality. This includes feature usage metrics, login activity, and application behavior insights.

e. AI and Automated Processing

Some features use an AI service or large-language model ("LLM") to analyze text or images for features such as automated logging or recommendations. Data sent to these systems is used solely for feature fulfillment and not retained by HobbsMate for model training.

• HobbsMate, LLC may maintain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics, research, or aircraft resale/transfer features.
